General Construction

ICSC is primarily bid and acting as Prime/General Contractor for the projects that is involves tunnel ventilation, Heat & Chilled plant upgrade, energy performance contracts (EPC), and existing MEP infrastructure upgrades.

As part of a developmental team during the design stage of a project, owners and developers benefit  from ICSC’s expertise in providing value engineering assistance. BIM, Engineering, & Drafting

We understand the increasing demand for accurate building information modeling (BIM). With use of the  newest software and Laser Scanning technology to collect 3D data for existing conditions and to capture every point of construction, we revolutionized the way teams work together to communicate, collaborate and solve problems, resulting in high quality projects being built more quickly and at lower costs.

Our Engineering and Drafting teams are comprised of highly skilled individuals trained to meet daily demands of NYC construction. With project teams having many years of experience in construction industry ICSC is committed to deliver superior quality product.

Mechanical Construction

With over 30,000 sq.ft. of floor space, in the heart of NYC, our fabrication shop can meet demands regardless of size. Fully automated Coil Line and Plasma Cutting machines are the core of our shop. To meet the industry’s needs our equipment is capable of fabricating standard galvanized ductwork along with Stainless Steel type 304 and 316 and heavy gauge metal up to 10 gauge.

From concept to reality, our team of professionals provides seamless and interruption-free installation. Even at the early stages of construction every element of phasing is taken into consideration in order to provide better coordination in the field. To maximize the productivity and scalability we constantly adapt to new challenges. Surveying equipment along with 3D data collecting equipment provide unparalleled productivity gains across any construction site. HVAC Services

We are proud to have our own 24 Hour service division, which guarantees our clients that any system we have installed will be backed up by our own personnel. The ICSC service division also provides heating and air-conditioning preventive maintenance on an annual contract basis to companies and institutions such as schools and municipal buildings.
